Vivianne Pommier, President & CEO
Vivianne opened West End Travel in 1981 to service corporate accounts in the Washington region. Formerly the office manager of a large D.C. law firm, she saw the need for travel agencies to improve their service for the corporate arena. West End Travel has been listed in the Washington Business Journal as one of the top women owned businesses in the metropolitan Washington area, and as one of the top volume Travel Agencies in the metropolitan area. Vivianne continues to work directly with clients to ensure they receive the best travel offerings.
In addition to being the President of West End Travel, Vivianne has also been the “travel reporter” on local DC stations, WUSA and WTTG, covering consumer and leisure travel on weekly segments and spot news. Viv continues to works closely with both networks and is often featured upon request.
Vivianne is a graduate of George Washington University and dedicated DC sports fan. She is a kidney-transplant recipient and works to promote organ donation and kidney-disease awareness.
Jordan Gray, Vice President
Jordan joined West End Travel in 2015 and brings both the personal experience traveling to remote countries like Mongolia and the professional experience of business travel while representing a major US university. Jordan’s role within West End Travel is make sure that the trains run on time, and on the proper tracks. He works with corporate and group bookings to ensure they have a smooth travel experience and a smooth administrative experience.
Previously, Jordan worked with a DC communications firm organizing media tours, coordinated rapid response media monitoring, and pitched stories at both the national and local level. Jordan is in charge of West End Travel’s social media accounts and branding.
Jordan is a graduate of Georgetown University, bleeds Hoya Blue, and can be found on, or near a soccer pitch during his time away from the office.
